    St. Timothy’s School celebrated the Class of 2024 at the 140th Commencement Exercises in our 142nd year as a School on Sunday, May 19. Family, friends, faculty, and staff gathered to honor the hard work, dedication, and achievements of an extraordinary group of students. Dr. R. David Edelman, former White House Tech Advisor and Founder & Director, Project on Technology, the Economy, and National Security, delivered an inspiring speech on the connections between AI and human life, offering valuable guidance to our graduates as they embark on their future endeavors.   • St. Timothy's Varsity Softball Team Takes Home Title

    Congratulations to the St. Timothy's School Softball team on their incredible victory in the IAAM Softball 'C' Conference Championship game against Annapolis Area Christian School with a final score of 11-6. With determination and grit, they brought home the title - the first time in a quarter of a century!   • St. Timothy's Track and Field Places 1st Runner Up

    St. Timothy's beat all odds and placed second place among the 19 IAAM 'B' Conference Track and Field teams, setting two conference meet records en route. This season, three of St. Timothy's athletes have also earned bids to U.S. Nationals.

  • St. Timothy's Varsity Lacrosse Wins IAAM Championship

    St. Timothy’s Varsity Lacrosse took home the IAAM 'C' Conference championship, beating Annapolis Area Christian School at the conference finals on Saturday, May 11, with a 22-10 victory. Congratulations on an incredible undefeated season and conference championship!     Reunion Weekend 2024

    Alumnae gathered on a beautiful weekend from Friday, April 19 to Saturday, April 20, for a joyous reunion filled with memories and laughter, celebrating their time as students at St. Timothy's School. The graduating classes ending with 4's and 9's came together to mark their milestone reunion years. It was a truly remarkable occasion as alumnae from St. Timothy's and Hannah More Academy, spanning different generations, united in sisterhood!
     
    The weekend's highlight was the St. Timothy's Talks program, featuring short speeches from six exceptional alumnae. Their advice and career journeys made an impact, particularly on the current students at St. Timothy's.

  • Spring Break in the United Arab Emirates

    The Spring Break 2024 trip to the United Arab Emirates was truly an unforgettable experience. This was a once in a lifetime experience for 22 members of the St. Timothy's School to explore Sharjah, Dubai, and Abi Dhabi. We worked with our traveling partner, WorldStrides, which is owned by a St. Timothy's School graduate, to organize an annual cultural and educational program during Spring Break. The UAE has a rich history and is home to many ancient ruins and archaeological sites. It is also home to some of the tallest buildings in the world, including the Burj Khalifa, which is currently the tallest building on earth. From the towering skyscrapers to the desert safari excursion, to the Louvre Abu Dhabi, every aspect of this trip was nothing short of spectacular.

    The St. Timothy’s IEA team along with ten of our equine partners traveled to the IEA Regional Finals last Sunday. The St. Timothy’s team boasted the most qualifying rides within our region! Overall, both the St. Timothy’s Middle and High School teams were Champion, securing a spot at Zone Finals. Gretchen K. and WingYi L. will both also represent St. Timothy’s individually March 15-17 in Lexington, VA. Congratulations!

    Although they share the same first name, our Director of Grounds/Horticulturist, Mr. Phil Dickmeyer, might not be as well-known as the other Phil in Punxsutawney when predicting the arrival of spring. However, he spotted these beautiful Hellebores blooming on our campus, and it has to be a sure sign that spring is just around the corner!
